Nemotron-3 is Nvidia’s latest large language model developed specifically for agent-based systems – AI applications that can plan actions and execute multi-step tasks without continuous user intervention. The company designed the model to be particularly effective at tasks requiring reasoning, planning and cooperation with other software tools.
According to Nvidia, the model has been optimized for building so-called “super-agentic AI” – systems that can function as autonomous assistants capable of executing complex business processes. Example applications include data analysis, automation of software development workflows, customer service and enterprise task management.
Nemotron-3 is based on the architecture of large language models developed by Nvidia and has been adapted for integration with the Nvidia AI platform and the company’s development tools. The model can be deployed in both cloud and on-premise environments and integrated with applications that use agent frameworks.
The company emphasizes that the development of AI agents is becoming one of the main directions of generative AI innovation. Unlike traditional chatbots, such systems can perform multi-step tasks, use external tools and make decisions during the execution of a process.
Nvidia is building an ecosystem of technologies that support these applications by combining language models with GPU computing infrastructure and platforms for training and deploying AI systems. Nemotron-3 is intended to be one component of this ecosystem and a tool for companies developing advanced AI-based automation systems.
